Do I need a 4★+ Google rating? +
Yes. Every business on Lookaburra is rated 4★ or higher on Google – that’s the one bar for getting listed. It’s how we keep every suburb’s directory genuinely trusted, with no pay-to-rank.
Is it really free for 3 months? +
Yes. You provide your card details to secure your spot, but you won’t be charged a cent for 90 days. If you cancel before day 91, you pay nothing. After 90 days, $20/month begins automatically.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Absolutely. No lock-in contracts, ever. Cancel anytime and your listing will be removed at the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, no fees.
What do I get for $20/month? +
More than just a listing. As well as your full directory listing (logo, description, phone, website and a verified badge), every member gets a bespoke marketing pack, a Facebook post promoting their business, and a personal endorsement on our site. Tremendous value for $20 a month.
My suburb isn’t live yet. Can I still apply? +

How do I pay? +
We use Stripe for secure monthly billing by credit or debit card. Your card is saved when you start your free trial and billing begins automatically after 90 days unless you cancel.
Can I pay yearly instead? +
Yes. Annual billing is $190/year – a $50 saving on the monthly price. Like the monthly plan it starts with your free 3 months; you’re only charged the $190 once the trial ends, then once a year after that. You get everything the monthly plan includes.
